Review by hotel critic
Nestled within the serene nature of a Wildlife Estate, Call Of the Wild Lodge offers a delightful getaway for families seeking adventure and comfort. My family had an unforgettable stay here, enriched by the warm hospitality of Sue and Deon. Our comfortable room provided a cozy retreat after a day filled with activities. We particularly enjoyed the self-drive game viewing, where we spotted playful warthogs and graceful gazelles just steps from the lodge. The guided bush walks were safe and accessible, making it perfect for all ages. Breakfast, prepared with care, fueled our days of exploration, while Sue and Deon's assistance with local tours, including a visit to the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Center, enriched our experience. Call Of the Wild Lodge genuinely balances relaxation and adventure, ideal for families. Our only regret was not staying longer-we look forward to returning!
